Our family had such a terrible experience at this dealer. First time we went, we were trying to buy a car but we were not yet living in the country - a long story. We didn’t realize we needed to have the car delivered soon after purchase - we couldn’t “hold” it. But the man who “helped” us didn’t bother to tell us that either. For an hour. We wasted that time just sitting there for no reason. To finally be told, “yeah you can’t buy a car now and get it in a month”. Ok. Should have learned our lesson. When we did actually move to the US, we called in advance to see if they had the car we wanted, which they said they did. We took an Uber there with our daughter (we had no car at the time) - when we got there they told us they didn’t have it. So no way we could leave the lot with it. A wasted Uber and a lot of wasted and difficult time with a small child. They gave us the runaround with price and back and forth and back again. We finally gave in to all the extra costs they added on top of the price we agreed to. And we were told we needed to come back to pick it up after the DMV stuff was handled. Ok. This was already about two hours of our time (plus another Uber ride) with my three year old daughter having to sit there the whole time. But when my husband went back when they said it was ready, he waited another three hours!! Three hours due to their incompetence. Insane. I would NEVER. EVER. go here again. Ever. I have never been treated with such disregard and blatant manipulation. And now that I’ve had a different experience elsewhere I know that it doesn’t have to be like that to buy a car. end of story. More
