After an entire weekend spent at their dealership hashing out details, the day I called to pick up my new car I was told they weren't able to provide me with the exterior color I wanted (and had been agreed upon); rather I needed to take one that was already off the lot. Frustrated, I called Toyota in Yonkers, and within 24 hours left with exactly the car I had hoped for! The service was fast, honest, and most importantly, friendly. I can't say enough about their customer service, but I can recommend using them if you're looking for a new car =) More

Oil change This place is horrible was there for a simple oil change came in at 1:30pm ended up leaving 5:30pm just for a oil change, when I got in my vehicle I n This place is horrible was there for a simple oil change came in at 1:30pm ended up leaving 5:30pm just for a oil change, when I got in my vehicle I noticed that they didn’t even bother to put air on my tire and in the paper it says that the tire pressure were check on all four tires when in fact the tire pressure light was on my dash due to the front driver tire pressure being low at 26psi. Really bad experience don’t recommend this place at all. More
