The whole experience was terrific, with one slight scheduling issue which Toyota Westchester immediately called about and apologized and had the perfect solution in place. Aside this minor item, all the rest was a very good experience: They met our request for a specific and well-itemized "price-car out of their doors" deal, vehicle was in impeccable condition as we arrived for pick-up and the "papering" was all done in two short 15-20 mins. sessions. Particularly noteworthy was Damion's decisiveness in getting us the very special exterior and interior colors/trips we wanted - and impressive was Ahmadou's and Cheerie's always prompt attention and almost immediate call-backs or E-mails. An extra special Thank You and Well Done belongs to Ahmado: all written specs so that we had the correct vehicle/accessories/features/price elements were delivered to us on a "same day" basis - his client service at pick-up was truly outstanding, particularly supporting the set-up of the vehicle software and configuring two sets of smart phones so that all bluetooth and Toyota Entune/Safety features were enabled on our first 100 yards out of their dealership lot. Typical bait and switch on pricing I got a True price for a specific RAV 4 hybrid on their website inventory, and followed it up with calls to 2 different people at the dealership I got a True price for a specific RAV 4 hybrid on their website inventory, and followed it up with calls to 2 different people at the dealership where I asked various detailed questions, and they "confirmed" the exact selling price. I made an appointment with Angelica, one of the reps I spoke with. When I got there, I was met by a totally clueless salesman who said he was handling the sale, but he took him an hour to figure out, with the manager, which car I was there for and where it was located. When I took out my checkbook, all of a sudden they ADDED ANOTHER $1250 to the agreed amount. After a few choice words to these BS'ers I walked out. I strongly suggest you don't walk in. More
