Worst dealership visit ever!!! Let me start by saying I NEVER DO REVIEWS but my experience must be heard. I went into westchester Toyota thinking I’d be leaving with a vehicle the Let me start by saying I NEVER DO REVIEWS but my experience must be heard. I went into westchester Toyota thinking I’d be leaving with a vehicle the same day, as that was my plan. I drove 48 minutes just for the sales person Jessie or jay what ever they call him to treat me like I was interrupting his day. He barely answered my questions, had an attitude because I wanted to test drive the highlander and the 4Runner, tried to Over charge me not knowing I used to be in this business. His manager John pina then comes over to tell me I can’t afford the car I WANT HA! he tries to force me into getting a vehicle I don’t want because it’s “cheaper” and “more in my budget”. i informed him I did not want that vehicle I wanted the limited platinum he then says ok well let me know how things go on your shopping adventure, gets up and walks away. Didn’t try to negotiate numbers or anything. I ended up going to New Rochelle Toyota and leaving with my vehicle the same day which I love and very much so can afford. Very disappointed in WT. More
