I'll be honest when I saw that I feel like I had more than my fair share of problems when buying a car. It was certainly a lengthy process, but Vance was very good at making sure I was attending to. He helped make a good deal happen without making me feel a great of pressure. He respected my own research and effort while also offering great advice along the way. Perhaps the most important part was when after bringing the car home, I noticed something was missing. Vance made it right -- even offering to come meet me at great inconvenience to him. There are so many times when things could've gone wrong; so many ways when I could've tired, angry, or frustrated with the process and just walked out the door (and I have had bitter experiences with other dealers in the past); luckily, Vance and his team were able to swoop in at the right times and make a difference and do what's right not only when things are going smoothly, but also holding things together to keep them from going wrong and fix them when they do. UPDATE: After reviewing the numbers some time after the purchase, I feel very deceived in many ways. More
