Buyer Beware! This dealerships Finance managers are sharks. Avoid this place at all cost I was sold a used car with 10k worth of add on services without any consult This dealerships Finance managers are sharks. Avoid this place at all cost I was sold a used car with 10k worth of add on services without any consultation or explanation to me. After reaching out to toyota about these 10k in extra services I was told I could request that the dealer cancel these add on warranty and service plans within 30 days for a full refund. These guys refused to return the 10k and went as far as saying my approval was only valid if I took these optional services and that I had no choice but to keep them at the added cost of 10K. They hung me out to dry and took a 24k car and maxed out my loan for their benefit alone. Toyota will honor the return and do it themselves even though these guys refuse to do so but it will be a longer process and not reduce my payment in anyway. Very dishonest border line scammers. Reporting to FTC and Consumer Affairs. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! More
