He regularly checks in with me to ensure that everything is going well with my car, fielding all my questions and assuring me that he's just a phone call or text message away. Just the other, for example, I accidentally locked my steering wheel and needed some answers quickly. Not only did Manny make himself available, he offered to come meet me where I was at, something I was not expecting considering that I was 25 minutes away from the dealership. Even though it was my fault he still offered to drop everything to come to my aid. I honestly don't believe one can ask for more from a salesperson, and I strongly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota vehicle. More
