He was friendly, professional, and honored the price discount I was quoted on the phone. He located a truck that was on order and matched what I was looking for. The vehicle arrived exactly on the date it was promised. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was not pressured into buying useless add-ons that I had no plans to buy. I was interested in the extended warranty and it was discounted to a price that I felt comfortable with. Thanks to David Grin the finance manager for a quick and painless closing of the deal. More
