6 hr leasing experience Wilson was a little over eager at first but once we settled that I was there to lease a car from in-stock inventory everyone steeled down quickly. I suggest Wilson follow the set sales protocols/check lists before 'winging it'. Perhaps even handing a copy of said check list to clients for at home review so they're not overwhelmed by all the information he's trying to share. Check list would help him to stay keep focused on 'items to review' with new owners, all knobs and button are there but in different places yr to yr. Overall Wilson comes across as very eager and willing to accept pointer form his managers however perhaps his managers need to observe his techniques for fine toning. Most customers dread buying/leasing a new car due to salesmanship/financing sales.. My experience was not much different. Monique LaBar is listed on your site as a Business Manager, however your staff states she only makes appointment and business calls to refer to 'sales staff'. Would it be too much to ask Monique notify potential customers with whom their scheduled appointment is with or more simply perhaps notify potential customers that their phone number will be needed when checking in for their appointment. More
