Great experience I came into the dealership last minute with my current lease coming to an end in a couple days and no other option on transportation. I came in and was introduced to Wilson to begin he was very kind and knowledgeable on the product which right of the back impressed me since this would be my first Toyota. He took his time explaining the Rav4 and options for either leasing or buying. I left there with a decision to make and I decided due to the great customer service including Wilson's expertise on the brand and how i never once felt pressured to make a decision. Matter of fact everyone i had contact with there was professional and patient. I decided i was going with the Rav4 last minute i reached out to Wilson and he got the ball rolling right away and i pulled up to the dealership hours later there was my brand new car washed and ready to go. This experience was great and i will recommend this dealer and Wilson to my friends and family looking into Toyota. Thanks for all your efforts Team Westchester Toyota! More
