What you see in the reviews with FIVE stars are forced reviews. They make you wait so long from the beginning to the end, so that you get tired and do not check every details. Because you want to get it over with. I negotiated a price of $29500 for a Camry Hybrid, and few months later found out that they inserted the MSRP of $31680 in the purchase agreement. They do not return the money because I signed the agreement and drove away with the car without finding it out at the moment. I did not have a document to show them the negotiated price because they never game me one (They delivered the car a week later). I just trusted that no businesses like this would ever do it. It hurts me deeply that I have to pay the car loan six more months with my hard earned money because of this gang of crooks. The person named David in the finance department is a real crook. NEVER...NEVER BUY car from this place... More
