watch out for bait & switch! Watch out for bait & switch!! We went to Westchester Toyota today because I had seen a black 2013 Sienna advertised on cars.com at a very good price. Watch out for bait & switch!! We went to Westchester Toyota today because I had seen a black 2013 Sienna advertised on cars.com at a very good price. I called the dealership first to make sure it was still available. I was told that it was. When we arrived, I told the receptionist and the salesperson that we had called about the black 2013 Sienna. The salesperson got the key so we could take it for a test drive. While walking through the parking lot, he mentions “it just sold 5 minutes ago.” (why are you about to let me drive a car that just sold?) I told him I didn’t want to waste my time if it wasn’t available. He then tried to interest me in other Siennas. While he was getting one ready to drive (which took over an hour!), I had a friend of mine call the dealership and inquire about the black 2013 Sienna. She was told it was still available. When she asked again to make sure it wasn’t sold, she was told, “no, it’s definitely not sold because the chip on the board would be moved to the salesperson’s name if it had been sold.” After driving a different one and sitting at a desk waiting for the sales guy again, we overheard a woman at the next desk yelling at her sales rep saying “I called ahead to make sure it was available. Why are you telling me now that it’s not??!!” So I went over to talk to them and it was basically the same story but for a scion instead of a Sienna. Big waste of time!! You’ve been warned!! Update: 1/17/2016: The car is still listed on Cars.com. I just called the dealership to verify the status (gave fake name, etc) of this car and spoke with Cynthia who assured me the car has not been sold. There's been more than enough time for the dealership it update its internal records as well as its internet ads. This was definitely a bait and switch. They have no intention of selling the car at the advertised price. UPDATE 1/21/17: it's been a week and while the listing has been removed from cars.com, it is still up on trucar.com. You be the judge. More

I remember thinking pretty early on, "He's a talented salesperson, because he was going with our rhythm and again, making the experience quite enjoyable. Experience was great! When I came to buy a car at Toyota Westchester, the salesperson Raul came right up to me when I pulled into the lot. He was very polite, friendly and helpful when I was choosing which car I wanted. I had 2 in mind - the Rav4 and Highlander. I was not sure which one I wanted, after Raul was giving me the prices for both cars and when I decided in the end Raul helped in every way to make the process smooth. I was very happy. He called me frequently and let me know the status on when the car was coming in. The car came in a week earlier and Raul even drove to pick up my vehicle. Raul is a hard worker and I was very impressed that he was even the one that had to fill the tank and have the car washed. When I picked up the car, Raul went through every step of the vehicle and what everything was, put the mats in the car for me, even paired my iPhone with the car. Raul was great and I would definitely recommend a friend going to see him. I give him a 10. Raul is the best! He even followed up the next day making sure if I had any questions for me to call. More
