Going the Extra Service Mile . . . There aren't enough words to describe the professionalism and A+service I received when I had to bring my RAV4 in because the airbag light wouldn't g There aren't enough words to describe the professionalism and A+service I received when I had to bring my RAV4 in because the airbag light wouldn't go off; it turned out to be a damaged airbag harness. This, of course, was the worse news ever because it was during a time that I couldn't afford to be without my vehicle due to my mom's weekly medical appointments. Cost of replacing the airbag harness was, to say the least, a shock because it was not something covered by any warranty and at one point, not even by my insurance company. All I could do was cry because this was the last thing I needed and I was ready to drive my RAV4 w/o airbags. Fortunately. Willie Vesey knew exactly what to say to the insurance company and replacement was covered; I was only responsible for the deductible. Willie made arrangements and even had someone drop me off at the car rental place to make sure I had transportation during the time my RAV4 was at the repair shop. Needless to say, an unexpected problem during a very difficult time was handle with professionalism, gentleness and deep empathy. I've been fortunate to always have Willie be the service consultant I speak with and every single time he goes beyond the call of duty. More
