I had a very bad experience with them. it all started when I went to their showroom on October 22nd 2016 to book a 2017 Toyota camy SE. I had a deal with them and the salesperson( damion) was nice to sell me the car for the good price and i had also paid the advance of 1800dollars the same day . i was told i would get the car delivered on Oct 26th. the day has come and was very much excited to get my car, only to find that i was kept waiting for more than 2 hours and was told that they cannot give me the car. the worst part is the manager ( DAVID LEE ) didn't even give me a reason . he says he has no explanation to give and asks me to leave telling that i would get my deposit back after 3 days to my credit card by which i initially paid... i had very good opinion on Toyota, but by the way they dealt with the situation shows how unethical their staff is . Hope Toyota sees this review and they make sure this never happens to anyone again ..... More

On Monday ,10/24/2016 I took my 2013 Toyota Venza to be serviced as the s Hi my name is Ransford Fraser, I resides in Elmsford ,Westchester, New York. On Monday ,10/24/2016 I took my 2013 Toyota Venza to be serviced as the service light come on. my appointment was schedule for 8 am that morning. on completion of the formality I was assigned Robert Garcia as service consultant. To my surprise Robert pointed out to me that I need transmission service ,front and rear lube service and oil ,lube and filter change......He asked me if this was my first service appoint with this vehicle and I pointed out to him that I had just purchase this vehicle in late May and was told at the dealership that oil and filter ,transmission brakes, new tires and a 21 point inspection was done ,all that would happened is that in October service would be needed as it relates to the sticker on the windscreen..I was so upset and angry for being lied to ,and seeing the frustration I was experiencing , he immediately spoke to me in a calm tone of voice and said we know that you are a previous customer and loyal customer I will present your case to my manager to see how we can assist you. To my surprise he reture and said that you do not have to pay any money today we will take care of you needs.i almost fell out my seat. This was a super surprise as no one has ever done anything like this for me. I AM NOW A TOYOTA CUSTOMER FOR LIFE ASWELL AS MY ENTIRE FAMILY..
