Westchester Toyota/Scion - Service Center

I took my 2005 Matrix for regular maintenance at Westchester Toyota and they were awesome! I expected to be there all day but Willie got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time, just as promise Westchester Toyota and they were awesome! As a woman I was afraid of the part of the visit where he would make recommendations for service needs but he didn't make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I went to this toyota service center on oct0ber 20 2009 bel who told because the light on my new toyota came on and I didnt know what it meant .........so when i went in I saw Michael who told me the light bel who told because the light on my new toyota came on and I didnt know what it meant .........so when i went in I saw Michael who told me the light meant my tire pressure was low and they fixed for me right away Michael was very nice and informative I'm glad he helped me thank you More

My Sienna broke down one day as I was taking my children to the sitter. I had to have it towed in to the service department. From the moment I and my car arrived I was acknowledged. Glenn and Rich L. went over in detail what was wrong with my car so I completely understood what was going to be done, as well as assured me that they would take good care of the car and make it safe for my children to ride in. I will never go anywhere else for my service from now on. The entire experience from beginning to end was very pleasant. Everyone appeared very confident in their abilities to help me and were very patient with all my questions. I have already recommended Westchester Toyota Service to all of my friends and family. I SHOP AT THE CROSS COUNTY MALL AND NOTICED THE DEALERSHIP IN THE AREA. WANTED MY 98 CAMRY LOOKED AT BUT DONT LIKE TAKING IT JUST ANYWHERE AS IT HAS ONLY 42000 MILES. I SET UP AN APPT. AND RECIEVED DEALERSHIP IN THE AREA. WANTED MY 98 CAMRY LOOKED AT BUT DONT LIKE TAKING IT JUST ANYWHERE AS IT HAS ONLY 42000 MILES. I SET UP AN APPT. AND RECIEVED A CALL TO REMIND ME A DAY BEFORE. THE CONSULTANT GLENN WAS GREAT! RECOMMENDED THINGS BUT WAS NEVER PUSHY. THEY GOT ME IN AND OUT IN ABOUT 2 HOURS. THE FACILITY WAS CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS GREAT. GLENN WENT OVER THE CHARGES AND GOT ME GOING. OVER ALL EVERY THING WENT SMOOTH. A++ SERVICE!! WILL RECOMMEND.. WOULD RETURN AGAIN. TWO THUMBS UP. More

I called and scheduled an appointment, which to my surprise actually went rather smoothly. I have tried making appointments with other service stations and convenience was always an issue. I had been in a gas station earlier in the week for a state inspection and was told that my corolla failed because it needed brakes. For some reason I did not trust the station. I explained what happened to the service man that greeted me and told me not to worry that it could always be worse. A few hours later I recieved a call giving me an update on my truck. I was shocked, they told me I had at least another 5,000 to 7,000 miles left on my front brakes and all I needed was a brake service for the rear brakes. I am glad I brought my car to them. It gave me piece of mind knowing that I didn't waste money fixing something I didn't need. I'm glad I took a chance with this dealership. More

Overall my experience with Westchester Toyotta has been wonderful... I bought several cars from them and they always go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable with your purchase.
