No lemons or salvage titles. Carfax report on hand. Friendly staff and the establishment has been around for sometime. I would recommend. Rami provided thorough knowledge of various vehicles we looked at. Clearly he enjoys his job and does his research to gain knowledge in familiarizing himself with the specifications. Thanks for the great car buying experience More

2009 Ford Rscape I had a very good experience at Westcoast Auto. From the initial phone call that I made to the dealership to leaving the dealership three days later I had a very good experience at Westcoast Auto. From the initial phone call that I made to the dealership to leaving the dealership three days later with my beautiful Ford is scape I was very happy. I was looking for a specific model, I had questions and concerns that were answered with intelligence and respect. (I am a female and I had gone to a dealership previously who tried to sell me a four-cylinder Ford is scape telling me it was really a six cylinder.) They were upfront and honest. And I couldn't believe the rate I got for financing. It was a full 6% lower than my own bank was going to give me! I am very happy and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.! More

The vehicle was in great condition, and the sales rep did not pressure or pushed me into buying it like other sales rep do. Loved the staff and cars; hated the window film $799 charge! I had an outstanding experience with my salesperson, Cesar Velasco. He made the shopping process simple and painless... and he was a pleasure to chat with. He was not pushy, had a lot of knowledge about the car, spent plenty of time answering my questions and was a delight. If I was just reviewing Cesar, my review would be 5 stars. Overall the dealership is very nice. The employees were all very helpful and polite. The selection of cars, the condition of the cars, and the work they did to prep the cars was excellent. I was actually very impressed by the cars and the staff. A+ Even though I would recommend this dealership to family and friends who wanted a pre-owned car, there were two negatives that I must mention... The first is the window film deal. Apparently, every car gets window film applied and you must pay $799 for it whether you like it or not. So the price you see for a car on the website is not the actual price you will pay; it's that price PLUS $799 for window film. I'm sure the film is great, it looks nice... but I didn't want it and I sure as heck wouldn't have paid $799 for it, if given a choice. When I pushed back on this charge, I was told by the finance manager, "Oh, we're losing so much money on this car, basically this window film is the only profit we're making." So, my first comment to that is: C'mon, really? You really expect me to believe the only profit you're making is $799 on the car? If so, that's really more of your problem than mine; you bought the car at auction, you paid what you paid, it's your responsibility to price the car so that you make a profit. When I challenged the $799 price and offered to split the difference, I was told a firm no. Had the car not been exactly what I wanted and at a great price, I would have stopped the purchase right then. As I was sitting with the finance manager, I actually double checked my pricing research to make sure that, even with the mandatory $799 window film, I was getting a great deal. I was, so we went on. All of this made me think... why price the cars like this? It feels deceptive and silly. The price was still great with the window film, so why not just advertise that price and say, "Hey, because we're selling you a luxury car, we know you want to protect your investment, so we went ahead and tinted the windows at no extra charge." Then I would have felt like they cared about me, not like they were trying to trick me. If I went to buy a burger at McDonald's and the price listed was $4.99 and then when I got to the checkout window they said, "Oh, yeah, so it comes with sesame seeds on the bun and those are an extra $2," I would laugh and say no! This is kind of the same deal... you got me there because you advertised one price, then at the last minute you pull this window film price addition stunt. Really, really a turn off. The second negative is something I mentioned above: the finance manager telling me he's losing money on the car. Again, this felt silly and deceptive. At some point, he showed me his computer screen and said, "See, we're losing $2500 on this car and I don't feel like losing any more than that." Ok, so again, no my problem... but also, this made me feel like he thought I was dumb. If it was true, it would make me feel guilty and like a bad person for taking advantage of a small business. Maybe he thinks most people would be proud of this and think they were getting a great deal. Not me. I like to be honest in my business dealings and hopefully negotiate win-win deals. But as I suspect this is not true (because what business could/would operate this way), it was just insulting to my intelligence. In summary, if you're looking for a great pre-owned car in excellent condition, absolutely go to WCA and take a look at their cars. They had exactly what I wanted at an outstanding price. Just know that you have to pay an additional $799 for the window tinting. Do you pricing research with that fee in mind so you can make sure you're getting a good deal. I did and I am very pleased with my lovely new car. More

Vanessa worked over 3 weeks with me to select a car that fit my budget, lifestyle and met my requirements. I arrived to find my car detailed and waiting for a test drive. After the test drive I spent 90 minutes signing documents and drove my car home. I now own an incredibly clean 2010 Mercedes Benz C300. I have a bumper to bumper warranty for 5 years and I drove it to Tempe, Az last week logging almost 900 miles to test out my car. No problems, the drive was so comfortable. I couldn't be happier with the car, Vanessa or West Coast Auto. I was treated great from the first call to her follow up call after my trip. Thanks Vanessa...I love my new car! More
