Best auto purchasing experience EVER!!! I had been talking with Cesar. i found the vehicle I wanted thru CarGurus. Sent a message to West Coast. Cesar replied back shortly after (within 24 I had been talking with Cesar. i found the vehicle I wanted thru CarGurus. Sent a message to West Coast. Cesar replied back shortly after (within 24 hrs). I missed my first appointment due to work but informed Cesar. I told him I would reschedule. No additional calls were made other than mine the following week informing Cesar i was on my way to the dealership. He replied they still had the car and that he was looking forward to meet me. Again very professional, no pressure what so ever! Once I arrived, I met Cesar who unfortunately was assisting another customer and couldn't help me but introduced me to Rick. Took the car for a test drive (please note the time 12:30pm on Sunday). Set down with Rick to go over price, financing, extended warranty etc. Very little negotiations were needed to agree on all the final numbers. Signed all the docs and at 1:45pm my new car was gassed up, washed and ready for me to drive home!!! I took 1 hour and 15 min from start to finish!!! I gave a 5 star rating but the service department is only opened M-F and since the dealership is an hour from home, I will have to use a vacation day to complete some work that I have already paid for!!! Not Happy about that... More
