Cesar found me a 14 BMW 528i with very low mileage at a price I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Westcoast Auto Sales and its employees. Cesar found me a 14 BMW 528i with very low mileage at a price that I just could not pass up. Cesar Listened to me when I expressed what I needed and wanted in my next car. I was a little nervous when he suggested the BMW because I had never owned one before and did not know what to expect from it. Cesar was extremely Knowledgeable about the car and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. When it came time to sing the papers, Albert the finance manager was such a pleasure to work with. He explained everything in detail and even took the time to sit with me for a while after the paper work to walk me through all the details on the car. He showed me how to operate all the features and went through the car's diagnostics. Albert noticed it said it needed brake fluid to be refilled. They would have done it there at the dealership but because the car still had the maintenance package, they called their service contact at Riverside BMW, made an appointment for the next day early morning for me to get the fluid service done asap for free. ( We loved the service at Riverside BMW as well ). I am extremely impressed with this dealership. They make you feel like family. They had lunch catered that day and offered us food many times. Another employee even charged my IPhone at his desk for me. They were so attentive and friendly. Their prices were fair and it was by far the easiest time I ever had buying a car. I highly recommend anyone looking for a newer pre-owned car to give Westcoast Auto Sales a shot at your business. More
