Recent Purchase of 2012 Audi A4 Avant Came in looking to buy a specific car. I felt well attended to the entire time fromt he test drive through the buying process. I had a lot of questions about the used vehicle and the team spent a lot of time helping answer them - they even brought out a manager from their service team who was able to answer my questions on possible body work, paint, and service done to the car by West Coast prior to the sale. The team had decent but not overly competitive aftermarket warranty options, a very competitive financing rate, and was competitive on price before arriving which is what brought me there in the first place. I was from out of state and had to finalize the deal over phone and Vanessa even stayed in touch to help assist me via text. Vanessa even came to pick me up from the airport to come back and pick up the car! To further highlight their customer service, my xenon headlight stopped working the day I left the lot and they covered the parts and labor to have it replaced. Customer service was on point and everyone at the dealership was friendly and accomodating to my needs in every area. More
