Gio was very knowledgeable about the Mustang I was buying and he took time to show me all of the features and answer my questions. The best part was speaking with Rick about financing. Instead of disappearing for great lengths of time and coming back with scribbled up pieces of paper, we went into Rick's office and he showed us the math behind what I'd be paying for the car. It helped that I had done research first, but his payment offer was under what I had wanted, and already included the GAP insurance and the theft protection they include. I really appreciate the transparency and will definitely recommend Westcoast to anyone looking for a used car. More

Cesar Velasco responded to a request I left online for one of their vehicles. He went above and beyond to help me get the best deal possible on the car of my dreams. He even took a video of the inside and outside of the vehicle and emailed it to me so I could get a better look at the vehicle. The whole process took place over the phone. I wanted to avoid the dreaded car dealership experience with hours of back and forth it can take while negotiating a deal. Cesar made that happen. He was on the spot in getting back in touch with me and was extremely respectful. Cesar, you are awesome. All the financing was done with Rick Ihmud. He got me the best financing out there, I was amazed at how easy he made it. To top it all off Rick made sure I got the most unbelievable warranty at an incredible price. An interesting thing to keep in mind is that the company has a policy where they require customers to pay $800 for window tint :) More

Honorable I have never purchased but wished I had. Sam did this for a guy that has never bought a car from him so if he would go to that length it tells me he is the dealer to buy your high-end preowned in or out of CA..Thanks again for your help!!!
