They went out of their way for us! Vanessa and Rick were great, they helped us with a 2014 Mustang. We were coming from Oxnard to get the car on a Friday evening and they stayed past th Vanessa and Rick were great, they helped us with a 2014 Mustang. We were coming from Oxnard to get the car on a Friday evening and they stayed past their normal time to accommodate us. When we finally got to the dealer there were no surpises and everyone was friendly. Everything went smoothly. Since they knew we were driving far, Mario filled up the tank but he noticed a part on the gas door was loose, so he ordered a replacement at no extra charge to us. We are very happy with our purchase. More

So.. I've had to change my review I left that night feeling great! New car and friendly staff. The salespeople explained all my concerns away and texted me the rest of the day thanki I left that night feeling great! New car and friendly staff. The salespeople explained all my concerns away and texted me the rest of the day thanking me and asking that I leave a 5 star review.( I'm sure most of the positive reviews are from the high of getting a new car and the pressure from the staff texting until they did.) There was a few minor things that needed repair, but they assured me they would contact me the next day to schedule the service appointment. That never happened. 3 days later the check engine light came on. I emailed and left many voicemails. No one responded. The 24 hour email responses that I received when I was looking to buy stopped. I finally reached Albert a few days later. He was kind enough to tell me that it's been a week and they ARE NOT responsible for the car. My advice would be to pay the extra $500 for the week to "think about it." It's now been almost 2 months since my purchase, 6 calls to schedule a service appointment and my car still hasn't been seen. Don't say I didn't warn you. More
