I couldn't be any happier with my new car. I was looking for a Mercedes and came across West coast Auto Sales last sat evening but when I called the dealership it was closed. As soon as I woke up the next morning I called and spoke with Joey who then introduced me to Raji. They worked as a team along with Rick to get me the car I wanted, the monthly payment I wanted, and at a great interest rate. Within only ten hours the car was mine and I was driving off in a Mercedes Benz CLS 550. Overall best experience I've ever had wit a dealership And I've purchased three cars already. Great Experience! I felt like i was family!!!! This was by far the best dealer i have ever been to in my experience with purchasing multiple vehicles. I have been to all the big names Nissan, Mercedes, Audi, Lexus and in multiple cities to see if i can get a good deal and actually meet genuine people. I drove by Westcoast Auto sales and their beautiful exterior alone attracted me to come in and take a peak. I drove up to so many beautiful cars it was almost impossible to keep my eye off of every vehicle. I was greeted within minutes by one of the owners himself Ali Hijazi, one of the most humble down to earth people i have ever met. Also actually knows what he's talking about when you ask him about any car on the lot unlike other dealers that have no clue what they are talking about half the time. Im not here to bad mouth any dealer but the experience i had at Westcoast Auto Sales was by far a great one! He then handed me over to Cesar Velasco to test drive a vehicle and see what i like. Great salesman, A+ Ceaser. Now lets not forget about the man who did all the paper work on my Jaguar XF supercharged Albert Aboujaoude, worked with me on every aspect as so did the owner himself Ali! Also when it came down to doing some services on my vehicle Mario Torres was very professional and knows what he's talking about and never once tried to sell me something i didn't need. INCREDIBLE....WE DROVE AWAY 63 AMG MERCEDES THAT DAY! I researched the dream car I wanted and even was willing to fly out of state to see that special car. We were surprised at the level of courtesy shown us - particularly from Cesar Velasco who supervised our test drive.
