Unexpectedly, i am very thrilld to have found West coast auto sales in montclair! I hate buying cars and i do not enjoy spending a whole day buying a car or anyrthing else! They are liars plain & simple. They advertise falsely on a consistent bases as many other reviews will attest. They publish a false price then pretend like they installed the factory accessories on the USED a consistent bases as many other reviews will attest. Disgraceful behavior & the reason car sales people will disappear everywhere but the very high end & very low end market as time goes on. These guys don’t sell new so high end is out. They have a much better chance of continuing to prey on folks with slimy tactics that overpay them for their dishonesty. They couldn’t list a single thing they installed on vehicle for the $4500 fee. Westcoast has a good selection of cars and appears to keep them in good condition. I went in to buy a 2017 Tesla S. Their pricing was on the high side to begin with but I was inclined to buy for conven keep them in good condition. I went in to buy a 2017 Tesla S. Their pricing was on the high side to begin with but I was inclined to buy for convenience. Then their manager sat down with me and said we have three MANDATORY add ons. He said "We need to include these to keep the lights on in the dealership". One was theft protection and I didn't stay long enough to get the details on the other two. They were raising the price thousands of dollars for stuff I didn't want or need. Waste of my time. I came home, found the same car on Vroom for $4,000 less and am having it delivered to my house.
