Excellent price and quality cars At first I wasn't sureIf I got a good deal. I purchased a beautiful hybrid that's only 2 years old, but afterwards I thought the deal wasn't what we a At first I wasn't sureIf I got a good deal. I purchased a beautiful hybrid that's only 2 years old, but afterwards I thought the deal wasn't what we agreed on. I got upset and posted on Yelp how I felt. The dealership had their customer service rep, Olga, contact me to find out why I was upset and what could they do to change it. Mostly I wanted to vent and I felt like they were responsible for my anxiety over the final price. I was surprised by the reaction I got. Olga could have gotten defensive and accused me of not reading the contract I signed. Instead she asked how they could change their procedures, or anything else, to make my experience and the experiences of future customers the best possible. We spoke several times and were going to meet so I could show my paperwork and ask questions. Meanwhile one of the owners contacted me through the Yelp app and offered to let me return the car, at no cost, a week past the 7 day return policy. The weekend before our meeting Olga became severely ill, so again the owner stepped in. I didn't know what to expect and was feeling very anxious. I didn't want to meet with someone who would tell me it was my fault and my responsibility to be more careful signing contracts. Which would have been true but I didn't need to meet the owner just to hear that! Once more I was very surprised. He was very personable and, again, offered to let me return the car at no cost. I showed him my paperwork and he explained some of the charges I didn't understand. In the end I felt like they did care about my experience and wanted to do everything they could prevent others from feeling the same way. I kept the car! Regardless of my reservations concerning the pricing, the car was below blue book value and they financed me for a great rate. I purchased one of the lower priced vehicles they sell, since they have some really expensive cars there, and they did everything they could to make me happy. So yes, I definitely will shop for my next car here. More
