I loved the selection of vehicles they have but what I like the most it was their service, starting since the time I made my appointment to test drive a car until I purchased the car. Rami gave me the welcome with the car I wanted to try wash and ready for the test drive. Rami was great, patient and so helpful, showing me all the details of the cars, I test drive different vehicles and he never was impatient or trying to push the car. The best help from him, and to close the deal I was with Argenis, another great service from him. He explained me all the numbers and details. We close the deal! Easiest experience ever! I spoke with Albert regarding a car for my daughter. We were preapproved and literally wanted to come, check out the car, sign the paperwork and go. We arrived Memphis was delightful, had all of our paperwork ready from Albert, we signed and that was it. We discovered a light that was showing a possible issue with a sensor, Albert gave us a due bill and will pay for any expense if a replacement is needed. We will be buying another car from them in a few months no question! So much better then going to a manufacturer dealership when buying a used car. More

I could already tell from their professional photos they have nothing to hide and was excited to drive out from Irvine toncheck out their selection. This company is completely transparent. Their profit margins are very thin and they do offer a few add-ons like theft protection and the best window tinting you can get. Their prices are truly rock bottom which takes the fear out of having to haggle. Because they accept cars that totally check out mechanically and are in near new condition it takes much guess work out of selection. My only problem was choosing the right one for me. The sales team is at once helpful and quite low pressure. It was a pleasure doing business with Rami and the manager Argenis and I would happily recommend this company and each employee I interacted with. Thank you for my new beautiful Beemer.
