From the arrival there to the time we got the key and drove off the lot positive- positive - positive experience. They are attentive, pay attention on every little details, explain everything from A to Z. Joey and Argenis know how to take care of customers. If somebody wants to bay a car I highly recommend this dealership. They are professionals, and last but not least they sell really good cars for a reasonable price. More

They do not follow through on promises - shady practices While I am happy with the car, I am less than happy with the experience, The price that you find on the web is not actually the price of the car. While I am happy with the car, I am less than happy with the experience, The price that you find on the web is not actually the price of the car. They have add-ons - which are not included in the web advertised price, one of which is a theft policy for over $800 dollars. This policy does not provide anything that my insurance does not already provide. I feel this is a just o rip off so they can make more money on you. The other issue I have is that they promised to reimburse me for my Uber ride out to their location, so I could pick up the car the same day. It has been a month and a half and I have still not gotten a check from them as they promised. The salesman (Albert Aboujaoude), whined to me in an email that he made no money on the car because I didn't purchase the warranty or back end product from them. I'm not sure how this in my fault?? If you are truly not making any money on a vehicle, don't complain to the customers - do a better job picking and selling cars. More

They were upfront with cost and what they can do for us and after doing my own research and negotiation with other dealers, I was pleased to know that they were giving me the best deal possible. I was very comfortable with Cesar and his knowledge of the business. Alberto was also helping us along the way with the financing aspect of the process and was professional and informative. He and the staff made this a pain free experience. I would definitely come back and refer my family to Westcoast! More
