He talked to me over he phone and I told him the car I was interested in from his lot and my trucks specs. Within 5 minutes he told me he can make the deal and an hour later i was in his dealership. Then 1 hour later the paperwork was filled out and I was driving away with a Hyundai Santa Fe sport which is perfect for my family needs. He kept his word and didn't waste my time by making excuses, he just got the deal done as promised over the phone. I would highly reccomend this family man. More

Excellent I walked into the dealership not feeling too good (I have had a cold for a week) and wasn't ready for the typical sales pitch. I kept waiting for it a I walked into the dealership not feeling too good (I have had a cold for a week) and wasn't ready for the typical sales pitch. I kept waiting for it and it never came. What did come was a very good experience. Sam (Cherri) didn't pitch me, he was only finding ways that we could get a deal done without a lot of the typical car salesman smoke and mirrors. I named a car payment range I could live with and he took it to Albert (Aboujaoude) who worked his magic and I got such a good deal I would be a fool not to go back to them when purchasing another car. They are very low key but they do their jobs very well. I would recommend them to anyone with confidence they would get the same treatment I got. More

I did extensive research on both the car and the dealer and based on that research decided to make this purchase. I was very pleased with the level of service I received from both Cesar and JJ at West Coast, as well as the overall buying experience. I was able to purchase an extended warranty and gap insurance on the car, and West Coast is even going to repair a couple of scratches on the car. This was a very enjoyable experience and I highly recommend West Coast. More

We need up purchasing the 2011 XJL Supersport and 2014 CLS550. What I enjoyed most out of the experience aside from driving the cars, was not feeling any pressure and really just them taking care of every little worry you may have with buying a used car. They were completely transparent with everything, upfront and honest is something that saves us all time and money. They even threw in some extra bells and whistles we weren't expecting but definitely appreciate.
