Be careful with WestCoast Auto! WestCoast Auto advertised a Hyundai Santa Fe for $15,700 and I called and spoke to Argenis Correa the sales manager twice on the phone about the car a WestCoast Auto advertised a Hyundai Santa Fe for $15,700 and I called and spoke to Argenis Correa the sales manager twice on the phone about the car and it's price prior to me deciding to drive 45min. from Costa Mesa to Montclair to see the car. Then after test driving 3 cars, and deciding to sit down with the salesman Joey Rodriguez ---JUST BEFORE we walked into the office Joey dropped the price-bomb and said "I have a disclaimer that you need to know--- we have an additional $1600 fee on all of our cars on our lot. We install window-tinting and a car alarm and its a mandatory non-negotiable fee" so the $15,700 Hyundai Santa Fe (which fit my budget) just got increased to to $17,300!! I was not happy and asked why I wasn't told this on the phone when I called twice before and had to drive 45min. to find this out and they said it's in the 'fine print'!! This is the classic "Bait & Switch"and Joey even said they "do this price increase on ALL THEIR CARS on the lot!" So be careful! CJ contacted me right away and helped me throughout the whole process and fought tooth and nail for me I would honestly recommend her to anyone buying a car she made the process super quick and easy and made sure all the paper work was ready for me to sign before I even walked in the building! The front tail light on the vehicle went out (which is common in Optimas) and CJ had me an appointment with service the very next day! Overall great dealership and amazing employees! They have a pretty cool fish tank too :) More
