My husband drives a big rig up there every other day, so he went up there checked out the trucks and fell in love with one. A 2000 F350 with super low miles and great price. Two days later I rode up there with my husband to get the truck, so we got there Saturday afternoon. They had the truck ready for me to go, so I drove off the lot and drove 1/4 mile down the road to our motel. I shut the truck off, realized I needed the truck back on and it wouldn't start. After my husband and I having no luck we drove another car back to the dealership and told them what happened. They all got right on it!! They were unable to fix it right then since it was already 4:30 on a Saturday and said it would be Monday before it could get fixed. They kept me informed and updated. Mind you this truck was not under warranty and they still fixed the problem. I think it was the starter relay. At noon on Monday the truck was done and ready to go. Brandon picked me up and the dealership even paid for my two nights at the hotel for the inconvenience. As I was fueling getting ready to get on the road a gentleman in an F350 next to me was commenting on my beautiful truck. I told him where I got it as it turns out that was where he got his and has had great luck there. I was on the road at exactly 1:00, and had a wonderful drive all the way back to Mesa. We will definitely use these guys again, we couldn't be more pleased! More

I have had the most amazing experiences the few times I have brought my car in for service. Justin and Kevin have gone above and beyond to help me. I was about to close a cash deal for a new TUNDRA. I was approached by the sales manager and told that I have been extremely rude to his sales associates. He said that He has had numerous complaints about m approached by the sales manager and told that I have been extremely rude to his sales associates. He said that He has had numerous complaints about me (even though this was the first time i had set foot in the dealership). After my reaction the sales manager started to back track and acted like it was no big deal. I quickly left the dealership and drove home. I was contacted about 15 mins later by a salesman stating that "please come back, our sales manager confused you with another customer". WHAT - ARE YOU JOKING ME? What kind of business makes that mistake and then calls to plead for you to come back because they were rude. GOOD JOB 67Kevin! Way to close the deal! I have never been so embarrassed, appaled, or flabbergasted in my entire life. Please trust me when I say DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. More
