The dealership has a wide variety of used vehicles, which was helpful in finding the car I wanted (Lexus RC 350). I did give them a list of the mods after all the paperwork was done, and they said that was helpful. They added an anti-theft device and a window tint, and they refused to remove the charges for it during price negotiations, despite me asking about 3-4 times. Bill tried to make me feel sorry for the dealership and their margins, as if they were only making $800 on a Lexus. After I completed the purchase, I took the car to a tinting shop, and they told me that Westgate did an absolutely terrible job on the tint. There are bubbles and streaks on every window, and a couple of the windows had creases in the tint material. I will have to pay extra to have their crappy work redone. The actual purchase process took a very long time. I was paying cash, but apparently they have only 1-2 finance people mixed in with their huge sales team. I was probably waiting around for a couple of hours altogether. More
