We took a deposit on the vehicle the previous evening and unfortunately, through a failure in communication on our part we made an incorrect assertion to the customer about the availability of this particular vehicle. When we see a review that is unfair... we feel a need to set the record straight. We repaired this customer's car by replacing the clutch at no charge. FYI, an extended service plan does not cover a clutch as it it a wearable part... same as tires and brakes which are also not covered.

Sorry to hear of this customer’s dissatisfaction. However, we feel we have gone above and beyond to assist in discounting repairs. In fact, it’s important to clarify that the original blend door work was done under the previous ownership and we offered a 40% discount to rectify a repair that was not done by our company. Regarding the radiator repair, the radiator we installed carried a 12 month/12000 mile part warranty (9 months/9,000 miles more than many parts manufacturers). Since the radiator was installed, we understand 14,000 miles have been put on the vehicle so coverage on the part has expired. Furthermore, we have not had a chance to diagnose the radiator issue in our shop -- the estimate on the radiator is from another dealer. If we can see the vehicle we will do a diagnostic free of charge (there may be an alternative repair available). In good faith, we have again pledged to help by discounting the repair on the radiator and our offer still stands.

While I appreciate John's attempt to earn my business again, there were 2 expensive repairs completed at this shop. Regardless of warranty ... either the technicians who completed the repairs were incompetent or the parts were subpar. Both the radiator and the blend doors had lasted for tens of thousands of miles before they were repaired. If you choose to visit this dealership for any type of repair ... BUYER BEWARE!!! I won't visit this dealership again, even if it is to give them another opportunity to diagnose my vehicle. $1500 I've wasted already!! Why should I spend another dime at this dealership?
