We found a 2018 Toyota 4Runner through Facebook and went to their website. Tried to call the dealership sales number listed directly but were disconnected each time. Chatted with the site chat bot and reque to their website. Tried to call the dealership sales number listed directly but were disconnected each time. Chatted with the site chat bot and requested to be contacted. No contact. Called and spoke to Ashley 3 separate times the following day. Each time she stated that she would provide a price shortly. Then early afternoon the following day I was texted by Ashley asking if I had received a quote from sales manager. It was in my spam folder for $2584 above advertised price. Went back and forth through text with what I’m assuming was a sales manger stating”We are a one price store and do not negotiate on our Pre-Owned Vehicles. Would you be trading a vehicle? I could help you with a good trade in offer?” Please understand that if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle that they will automatically add $2397 in fees for LoJack, processing and addendum/accessory fees, which add nothing to the value of the vehicle prior to adding for tax tag and title fees. Also do not fall for the $500 discount add on the website for registering to the email list as that only applies to new vehicles. All of these are shady business practices, and are the reason I choose to shop elsewhere. More
Service dept is great! ! Open, honest!! The Parts dept is the reason why dealerships have such a bad reputation. They lied directly to my face. The bald headed part ! Open, honest!! The Parts dept is the reason why dealerships have such a bad reputation. They lied directly to my face. The bald headed parts rep MUST be fired! I will no longer buy parts from this lying dealership! I will reconsider IF AND ONLY IF, the bald-headed parts employee is gone and this dealership makes amends to earn back my business. More

Ramon has totally gone way beyond the extra mile to help us, and Melvin has been lovely to work with as well. We highly recommend Westgate Kia of Wake Forest! More
Advised on the exact issue. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment, then a full day for them confirm what I said, then 4 days for the part and I was told it would take one day, then Waited 2 weeks for an appointment, then a full day for them confirm what I said, then 4 days for the part and I was told it would take one day, then soonest appt to fix 2 weeks out but then told it could take a few days. I asked for a car and was told to speak to the service manager. Was told the service manager was not there. I asked for a callback (I know that isn't happening). I'm driving around with a screwed up Rear Differential until they can get me in (knowing that it's probably screwing up my transmission along the way). More
I had my vehice towed into the dealership per the recall notice. The exact lights came on that were of issue in the recall. The dealership kept my car for days then claimed it wasn't because of the recall notice. The exact lights came on that were of issue in the recall. The dealership kept my car for days then claimed it wasn't because of the recall, it was a bad battery, and a host of other things. Well, I picked up my car refusing any service, paid the usurious $200 for the diagnosis, and drove it to the Auto Zone. My battery was FINE. Nothing wrong with it. But the lights were all off. I supposed they disconnected the battery and they will probably come back on once it's triggered again. Oh, and my radio miraculously works again after being crap for a year. What actually happened? Overall, the dealership is ok. We have not had the follow through we were told we’d get after buying a car from them. My main issue is with the service department. Their work is ad We have not had the follow through we were told we’d get after buying a car from them. My main issue is with the service department. Their work is adequate. We’ve more than once had to take the car in to them to repair an issue because it wasn’t fixed after the last time we took it, or they have to order more parts or whatever. That’s all fine. I get that sometimes they don’t see what we see just from test driving it. What is not ok is the quality of communication we’ve gotten. I have used Gonzalo for multiple cars, and he seems like a nice enough guy. But communication is lacking, and today, it caused us to pay for things that we shouldn’t have to pay for. We were set up for a tire rotation and oil change today, so we dropped the car off at 7 AM. We got a phone call at 8 saying that we would have to pay for our oil change (despite having free oil changes for life) because I had changed the cabin air filter, which had recently started to smell up the vehicle with how gross it was. Now, the last time they changed the filters for us, I specifically asked him if I could change the filters to the aftermarket ones that are reusable. And I was told that yes, I can change the engine filter, but the cabin filter will have to still be changed because they don’t make a reusable one for Tellurides. No where in what he told me did he say that Kia has to change the filter or it voids our free oil change. He just said that it would have to be done. I tried calling him this morning shortly after 8 to discuss this and try and resolve the matter, since he had only talked to my girlfriend. I left a message for him, and he never called me back. We didn’t hear from him at all until almost 5 PM, when he again called my girlfriend. This is not only poor communication, but miscommunication…and his miscommunication cost his customer, which didn’t seem to matter to him. More
