SO EASY! Gary Irvin was amazing! I was at the end of my lease and was dreading going through the process of renewing. I walked into the dealership just to get Gary Irvin was amazing! I thought it was going to be a hard process, it was so easy! 2 hours later I walked out with keys to my new vehicle and so much stress relieved, and almost exactly the same payment i was paying before! I never thought I'd be able to get in handled so easily! One evening I was doing a "drive by" to look at the models available and I had visited several other car dealerships before coming to Chris Leath Kia. One evening I was doing a "drive by" to look at the models available and was not familiar with Kia at all. Danny Via met me out in the lot. The whole experience was relaxed and informative. I didn't feel any pressure to buy and he told me the information I needed. I returned to the dealership the following day and had an opportunity to drive the vehicle I was interested in at that point. Again, the information was relevant and the atmosphere was laid back. Danny allowed me to set the timeframe for my purchase and was never "pushy." feel very confident with my purchase. I feel like I bought a quality vehicle at a fair price. I feel like the customer service was great and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

Best car buying experience ever! My wife and I have been looking for a new car for our family for weeks. We went to so many dealerships, and never could find the right fit. Needless to say, it was super stressful and exhausting. That is, until I walked into Chris Leith Kia and was greeted by Danny Via. Danny is probably one of the best car salesman you will ever come across - he's super professional, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and really listened to what we were looking for in a new car. To us, he never once came across as a salesman just trying to close a deal (which is a huge bonus!). Danny is a really nice guy who wanted to do everything in his power to make us happy. He actually worked with us on what we wanted, what our budget was and made it happen. We went with the 2016 Kia Sorento and we couldn't be happier! The overall experience was just wonderful - that entire dealership has a great group of folks working there who were courteous, friendly and helpful. We love our new Sorento, and when the time comes to get another vehicle, we will be giving Danny a call! Danny, thanks again for everything! More

First I was interested in a used specific vehicle and there was no pressure to change my mind with another type of used vehicle or a new vehicle. Gary's only motive was to give me a fair deal. I laid some specific guidelines when I started and felt I had secured a good loan rate with my bank at 2.4%. Nothing was mentioned again till I had agreed to purchase the vehicle and Gary sort of said, " if I can get you lower interest rate would be that be acceptable?" I said sure and when it was all said and done the interest rate he got for me was a whole lot lower. Again I was totally overwhelmed with the personnel working at this dealership. More
