The only distractor with this recent purchase was the amount of time we spent waiting after we agreed on the sale. We came in with a clear title on our trade-in, our plates were transferred, proof of full insurance, bought the first vehicle we test drove and paid for the new vehicle in cash and it still took close to three hours to drive away with the new car. We were handed off to six different people before completing the deal. This process should not have been this time consuming for a cash sale. More

My only concern and problem is was I was quoted rate of 2. 9 on the financing on the phone and then the paperwork showed different higher rate and payment which I had not discussed with anyone. so I did go ahead and go with the payment and interest rate because I was in a need of a car and didn't have a lot of time to wait but I wasn't real happy about that other than that everything was great More
