I needed a smaller car with excellent performance, that could fit in my garage, so I traded in my Toyota Camry SE for the Exclaim. It provides the comfort, sporty beauty and all the bells and whistles of the Camry. My sales agent, Roberto, was very professional and personable, and the Financial Analysts who assisted me with pricing choices, tried to accommodate me with the best price. I know it's the job of the agents and analysts to render excellent customer service, but I felt like they tried to accommodate me without using flattering and dishonest techniques, to influence my decision. He and Josh, the Financial "Guy" worked with me to meet my budget, answered all of questions and were not rude about the fact that I kept them at work 1.5 hours after they closed. I had never leased a car before so I had many, many questions that Peter answered with patience. I came into the store, not expecting to make a decision but did so bc they were nice to me. Not everyone is nice to a single mom who has never dealt with major financial issues like this. Josh was funny and very nice, but professional. More
