All the employees are friendly and ready to help. Marie in the service department especially makes a point to say hello and always spends a couple of minutes to ask what she can do for us. Westlie has a poor telephone answering protocol. It is designed for staff convenience not customers. Didn't receive a call or text reporting work is complete. Call to dealership was answered by an offsite person who was unable to help. Phone number on business card of value only if you already know the person's extension. Could not contact courtesy driver and had to make other arrangements to collect my vehicle. I suggest you hire an on site person to handle customer calls, the old fashioned, effective way. Westlie staff were polite but unreachable when needed. More
