First of all I did not call to set this up, they called me. Then when I arrived I informed the people at the desk about the heated and cooled seats NOT working as I did when I scheduled and she stated that me. I did not ask for a tire rotation and they did it! I asked that the skid plates be put back on and they stated that it would be X amount, I said ok and then they said no it would have to be ordered and the cost. I said no but they did not put the skid plates back in my car so I had to turn around and go back after them More
