Hometown Feeling We were surprised to find out that the brake pads needed replaced. Odd, since we just bought it 3 years ago and were unable to drive it until the Tak We were surprised to find out that the brake pads needed replaced. Odd, since we just bought it 3 years ago and were unable to drive it until the Takata airbag was fixed. We put very few miles on it, which is not enough for the brake pads to wear out. We were under the impression that when a car was sold that the brakes were in replaced and fixed but this does not appear to be the case. We didn't drive it for over 2 years and did not drive it much before the recall came out. We are disappointed that we were sold a car that needed fixed. More
