Brought car in for recall notice seat belt problem ? . Asked about another problem I am having with my soft top roof and water draining into car when window is open Was told they would look at it also as . Asked about another problem I am having with my soft top roof and water draining into car when window is open Was told they would look at it also asked about touching up a deep scratch was told they would ( I thought touch it up , I would pay for it) was given a ride home, great service , ( waited less than 5 minutes), great driver. Was sent text car was done. And parts needed to be ordered for recall fix. No mention of looking at soft top or scratch Driver came to drop off car, again amazing service, great guy when I asked about scratch was told guy who did that stuff wasn’t there today only there on certain days. Called today to ask why nothing was written up about the problem with soft top or scratch. To be kind maybe I misunderstood every part of the conversation when I dropped the car off. Was told they looked at soft top , it looked normal and they don’t write things up because it wasn’t t brought in for that and they would have to charge me 175.00 to look and write something up. I wanted something noted stating they looked at the probe so I I could contact Ford about it. As far as the scratch I guess I was told to go to parts to see if they that color paint so very disappointed with the actual service. As car wad there 4 hours and only thing was that recall parts had to be ordered and I would have to bring it in again. We only have 1 cat so it’s diff to leave a car for the day.
