Westlie Ford Service is terrible They didn't follow the process for warranty claims and thought we wouldn't notice. When I questioned them on it, the service manager, Mario, got nast They didn't follow the process for warranty claims and thought we wouldn't notice. When I questioned them on it, the service manager, Mario, got nasty with me over the phone. He yelled, interrupted me, told me that he knew better than I did, and basically said he didn't want my business. He became verbally abusive towards me. The GM, Ryan, tried to fix it but he didn't follow through on my requests either. We've been good customers for a long time so I was shocked at the treatment and it's a huge disappointment because their location is very convenient for us. However, they clearly don't want our business anymore. More
