Spent only one hour at the dealership for a test drive and paper work, then drove home knowing I got the best possible deal. No buyers remorse here. While there Denny didn't try to upsell me or push/pressure me to buy products/services I didn't want. My intelligence wasn't insulted, no head games or dishonest/deceitful sales tactics. I was so pleased with the experience that I actually gave him a $50 tip before I drove off.
