Weston Nissan is a privately owned and managed Nissan Dealership and offers approximately 600 new and pre-owned vehicles, many of which are housed under roof in our multi-level showroom.
Our sales department is open seven days a week and service is performed Monday-Saturday.

After calling and talking to the manager about problem with a tire, the manager suggested alignment and changing the tire. After waiting for two hours, the agent, with no professional skills, told me that with a tire, the manager suggested alignment and changing the tire. After waiting for two hours, the agent, with no professional skills, told me that I can do two things, pay ahead for the tire and come back the next day, because he have to send the employee home by 6:00pm. He use the hurricane excuse and that he had a family. This was Tuesday afternoon. I told him that it was a vague excuse and that I have a family too to go and see. At the end of the day, I left with a real bad customer service and no tire change. Weston Nissan needs to train more their agents on customer service and be more empathetic to the customers situations. More
