Your Sales manager was the one who exhibited belligerent behavior, borderline in assault ... Yes we reacted in kind but only after your incompetence and ineptitude and complete disregard for your commitment to customers was absolutely violated. The only reason this escalated was because we did not receive any answer by the service advisor, were lied to and blown off the 2 times we called for answers about our vehicle to the point that you guys didn't even know if the vehicle was in the lot. Even your respond to this review reflects that you have absolutely not a care in the world about taking responsibility for your actions! further you continue to irritate. Do not worry, no one in their right mind would want to continue to do business with your dealership, but Gene Farruccio should not be employed and much less in a leadership position, he should seek a psychiatric evaluation and learn how to deal with the public. LET THIS BE A WARNING TO ALL THAT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. Although I expect them to pull this down as soon as they can since they are dishonest and irresponsible.
