Not my best experience. Everyone was friendly as always, but I felt like they were trying to take advantage and have me do service that didn’t need to get done. This is my fifth murano lease and I’m two yea but I felt like they were trying to take advantage and have me do service that didn’t need to get done. This is my fifth murano lease and I’m two years into my lease, and they told me I needed 4 new tires, new brake pads and a whole bunch of other maintenance. They told me I probably drove more than normal, which was untrue because I was furloughed and didn’t work for 3-4 months and barely drove. I spoke with a manager and he told me the best thing to do was turn in my lease and get a new car, which I thought was ridiculous. He came out and looked at my tires and told me that they weren’t that bad and only had one that was kind of a concern. I wasted an hour in his office. More
