First, at no point did any member of my staff — including Ms. Shipe — represent in writing that the 0% APR financing and the discounted pricing could be combined. The written correspondence and proposal reflect separate promotional options, each subject to standard program limitations. Second, we have a recorded phone conversation confirming that our team clearly explained the programs could not be combined to you, and that you acknowledged and understood this information prior to visiting the dealership. Third, all offers and incentives displayed on our website and advertising materials include visible disclaimers specifying that programs cannot be combined. These disclosures are consistent with Mazda and Morgan Auto Group advertising standards, ensuring transparency for all customers.

The absence of such a disclaimer in the written communications is precisely what led to my reasonable belief that the 0% APR and quoted price were valid in combination. Second, regarding your reference to a recorded call — I was never informed that any conversation was being recorded. If such a recording exists, I will request a copy through formal discovery or regulatory channels so that it may be reviewed in full context. My recollection is that no such clarification was made to contradict what had already been represented in writing. No one ever returned the call and I have had the car less than 2 years and it was explained to me that this was a 3-year key fob replacement policy when I purchased the car. Lying doesn't help restore confidence. I'll buy a key fob replacement and I will never shop at a Morgan dealership again. And I'll let Brett and Larry know.

Hello again Sir, this is Karim, I’m the General Manager here at Westshore Mazda, not Ai. I did take the time to personally pull your deal and review all the documents you signed. They clearly show that the key fob replacement policy included was for one year, and it expired on 1/4/25. You also spoke with my General Sales Manager yesterday on a recorded line, where this was explained as well. If you’d like a copy of the signed policy for your records, I’m more than happy to send it over to you directly.

That is not true, so I'd be happy to listen to the recording with you. I called and spoke with Manny and he promised me a call back within 45 minutes and he never called me back. So let's listen to that recording together. Shall we? Why don't you call me and play it?. And as far as a one-year key fob replacement insurance, that's not how it was explained to me. But that's okay. I will warn everybody to stay away from your dealership and the rest of Morgan Auto for that matter. But don't lie to me. And tell Manny he never returned my call and he never explained any of that. So why don't you listen to the call before you accuse me of lying to you.
