The entire process was full of games and misinformation — from unexpected tax increases to trying to charge me the first payment on a lease that the manufacturer normally covers. Their entire strategy seems to be getting you into the store and wearing you down until you agree to a deal that benefits them, not you. I would never recommend Westshore Mazda to anyone. The tactics felt dishonest and predatory. On the other hand, Mazda Ferman was a completely different experience. We worked with Katisha, and she treated us like family from the moment we walked in. She beat the deal we had, was transparent the whole time, and had us in and out in about two hours. She genuinely cared about helping us and making sure we were happy. If you’re shopping for a Mazda, skip Westshore and go straight to Ferman. The difference is night and day. More
Bait and Switch! Do not do business with this dealer. Emailed Westshore Mazda through Cars.com asked if price negotiable and out the door price. They emailed OTD a Do not do business with this dealer. Emailed Westshore Mazda through Cars.com asked if price negotiable and out the door price. They emailed OTD amount and would negotiate in person only, I advised I live 1 1/2 hrs. away would come to test drive and review price. When arrived was advised amount is $4000 more than quoted price due to dealer fee that wasn't included in quote. I spoke with sales manager, James, showed email from dealer with quoted price, he stated will sale only for increased price of $4000. No remorse for error or an apology just here is the price. I said this was bad business and left. More
On 10/31/2025, Westshore Mazda confirmed 0% APR for 72 months and sent a written proposal for a 2026 Mazda CX-90 (VIN JM3KKDHC0T1352509) totaling about $55,597 out-the-door. They followed up with a credit months and sent a written proposal for a 2026 Mazda CX-90 (VIN JM3KKDHC0T1352509) totaling about $55,597 out-the-door. They followed up with a credit application the same morning. Based on those terms, my family drove from Orlando to Tampa (~4 hours round trip) on 11/2/2025. At the dealership, I was told the 0% APR and quoted price were not available combined. That’s a classic bait-and-switch. What I’m asking: Honor the written price with 0%/72 and deliver the vehicle to me at no extra cost. I have the email confirmations and proposal PDF. I hope management (Mr. Adib) and Morgan Auto Group make this right. More
VERY POORLY RUN auto dealership . .. specifically, Westshore Mazda. They are disorganized, deceitful in their (advertised) pricing and other practices, and some of their employees are .. specifically, Westshore Mazda. They are disorganized, deceitful in their (advertised) pricing and other practices, and some of their employees are just plain rude/disrespectful. If you want transparency when buying a vehicle and want to be treated with respect through the ENTIRE process - not just when signing the paperwork (which all customers deserve), DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They are TERRIBLE. I'd give them a negative star rating, but a 1-star is the least that is allowed. In what world should a customer have to spend time managing a process that should be very straightforward and should be managed by the dealership through completion?? All they seem to care about is selling you a car, but it stops there. Very disappointing. More

Bait & switch mixed with subtlety The Internet sales manager emailed me a proposal with a 5k discount. I inquired about the 0% financing and if the vehicle was eligible. The email response was yes 0% manager emailed me a proposal with a 5k discount. I inquired about the 0% financing and if the vehicle was eligible. The email response was yes 0% for 72 months along with estimated payments. The next day I returned a call from the sales manager and was again told the price based on 0% and the 5k discount. A simple you can have one or the other would have saved me a trip. Seek out a professional sales team with integrity and avoid Westshore Mazda. More

Worst new car purchasing experience ever! I've bought about 20 new cars in my lifetime and non come close to this nightmare. I had purchased a 2020 CX-5 from the same dealership 5 1/2 years a I've bought about 20 new cars in my lifetime and non come close to this nightmare. I had purchased a 2020 CX-5 from the same dealership 5 1/2 years ago and it was a decent experience so I didn't have any reason to think this would be any different, but was it ever! I gave the second salesperson my list of must haves - 2025 CX-5 mid level trim. 60 mo loan, between $340-390 a mo. Nothing down except my 2020 trade-in. Nothing out of pocket. I wound up buying a "used" 2025 that only had about 280 miles on it that they had taken in as a trade by a lady who wound up buying a higher end trim package. When I accepted their offer the salesperson said my monthly payments and length of loan would be in the range I gave him. When I went to the finance guy, who I believe is named Bobby things came off the rails. He said 84 months to get me in that range. I said that 84 months was never on the table and got up to walk away. He called in someone who I guess was a sales manager or the general sales manager who accused me of "being confused". Bobby then proposed that I give them $1,000 and he could make it work. I grudgingly agreed because by then everything in my CX-5 had been moved into the new one. Then, they REQUIRED that I do a Google review before they would proceed, which I did. I gave them a positive review (since taken down) because I knew a negative one would not fly. Then the finance guy gave me an electronic pen and started going over the 20+ documents, flying through them, not explaining any of them. This was done on a desktop display that was very difficult to read. At the end, they don't hand you any documents. They give you a thumb drive to take home.Only when I got home and opened up the Buyer's Order and the Retail Installment Sales Contract did I see several outrageous charges. To compare them to my purchase of the 2020 CX-5, which came to which came to $84.35 for license fee/lien fees, the new 2025 fees were obscene. $598 for Electronic Registration Filing Fee, $189 for a Private Tag Agency Fee, whatever that is, and finally $!23.85 for a License Fee, totalling about $910 or $825 more. A friend just bought a new Hyundai Tucson from Fitzgerald Hyundai and they charged him $219.35 - $135 for the ERFF and $84.35 for the Tag, Title and Fees. That's what a legitimate dealer charges. Bottom line is everyone I encountered at Westshore didn't act ethically to say the least. It then got worse because when I started calling to speak with someone about the outrageous charges no one would take my calls - not even my first one. I bought the care on June 13. I called on the 17th, explained my concerns & they said they'd have Manny, the General Sales Manager call me back to discuss - no call. I then called on the 18th & spoke with Harmony, who is supposed to be one of their Sales Managers. She listened & said someone would call back - nope! On the 19th I called asking to speak with Karim Adib, the General Manager, spoke with Steven, who said he wasn't available but he'd put a not on Adib's desk asking him to call. No call. I called several other times and got put on hold and then forgotten. I finally left a voicemail for Adib (if they really gave me his mailbox) & said if he didn't call back I was going to notify the BBB and also write honest reviews about what had transpired - no call. To make it right, in my opinion, would be for them to send me a check for $637.50, which would be $910.85 minus $84.35 Tag, LIcense, Registration Fees minus $189 Third Party Tag Agency - another made up charge. They also charged $1,298 for "Predelivery Service Charge" - not a Destination Charges since this was a used car. This was to get ready for sale a car with 280 miles on it that had already had this done at Ferman Mazda, who had sold the car to the lady who had traded it in at Westshore. Absolutely insane! Nothing but greed. Westshore Mazda - just do the right thing - but they won't !!!! More

I give a 1 star to the dealership finance department. You need to feel that there is integrity, honesty and transparency …I feel I got lot of horse manure.- instead of important information. I believe You need to feel that there is integrity, honesty and transparency …I feel I got lot of horse manure.- instead of important information. I believe the time spent signing in the electronic apparatus, could have be a phenomenal time for the finance manager to describe,…or explain- in simple words What you are signing for. It could have been re: maintenance service you get with a lease, and so forth, Im not sure of what was the mistake, and why the problems,… but, it would have been better to have taken responsibility and not blaming any on someone else. You want to think that the company knows … since there’s a claim that this job Is one they do daily.🥴 Why did I proceeded to take this car? Because of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - BRIAN REID -an excellent salesperson and customer service agent. Great personality, Well mannered, a positive attitude,Good communicator, who answered and gave me the information on 3 vehicles - next to each other in their showroom. Compared of similarities and differences among them. It will be a month 6/14 that I drove with this car. One week after and then one week afterward… there was problem where they had to call me to resign paperwork!! ( lack of several things!!)🥴 I tried calling the dealership, with no answer, except the message to “‘record your message”.’ I will then contact Brian and he was always ready to rescue, direct calls etc And making things happened. I am so greatful for his diligence.!! I wish him a bucket full of success and hope that his GM is aware of this persons Value!!! I have long ways in dealing with this Mazda dealership. ( I choose to be hopeful…?!!) There is a list in my book of several things that need to happen in that financing department, that are a must! In order to make this experience a happy one, to other customers. Thank you! Coral H Latimer More
