I purchased my 2023 BMW X3 here back in April with 38,000 miles on it. The very day after I drove it off the lot, I noticed a noise every time I came to a stop. Fast forward four months and just 2,800 miles later—I only have 40,800 miles on the car because I work very close to home—and I am already having to replace the front brake pads today. There is no way brake pads wear out after just 2,800 miles of light driving; they clearly sold me a vehicle with worn-out brakes despite their promises. To make matters worse, when I texted the sales representative about this issue, I received zero response. This level of customer service and lack of transparency is completely unacceptable. Please double-check every detail and have an independent inspection done before buying from this dealership. Given the lack of response from my salesperson, I am publicly requesting that dealership management reach out to me directly to address this issue and make things right. More
