I was in the market for a new SUV and I had decided that the Lexus RX 350 would be my best choice but I had not yet completely made my mind. I was recommended to see Mary Margaret McGowan at Westside Lexus by friends that had purchased cars from her in the recent past. I knew the color and options that I wanted and I went to see if it was available and at what price I could buy it for. My experience in meeting and dealing with Mary Margaret and her assistant Stefania was as good as I expected from what I had been told about from my friends. It turned out the car that I wanted was available and I was offered a good discount. I was also told about a rebate for financing a portion of the cost which I decided to consider even though I intended to pay cash. Everything was done professionally with no pressure and I quickly made up my mind because I thought I was getting what I wanted at a good price. The financing and initial paperwork was done in a friendly way and concluded in less than an hour by Paul Rockett . Since it was already late in the day, the car was delivered the next day when it was ready at the promised time and Kelly Mejia took time to explain the car main features and answer my questions. She also assisted me with getting a driver to help me return a rental car to a nearby location. The whole experience was friendly, efficient, and professional. More
