Exceptional Service I drove to Houston from Baton Rouge to visit friends and my car died. A friend referred me to Westside and Mr. Fred Hernandez went over board to accommodate me. He got my car in for service, placed me in a loaner and assured me I would be taken care of. I thought I would be afraid to drive the car back to Louisiana during late evening hours, but when I read the summary of how my car was evaluated and serviced, I knew for sure I would be alright.
