Josh always has a loaner prepared and ready to go. Additionally, he is quick in serving me and communicates the progress of my vehicle just as I request. He understands my desire to be provided with the knowledge that I want with as little interruption to my work day as is necessary. Although I comment below that the service department did not play a role when we bought this vehicle, I will definitely consider it moving forward due to the experiences that I now expect from a service department.
