I have been a customer of this dealership for well over a decade. Initially, the service was great and responsive. Recently, there has been a marked decline. First, I took a vehicle in for minor repairs an decade. Initially, the service was great and responsive. Recently, there has been a marked decline. First, I took a vehicle in for minor repairs and routine maintenance. Apparently, the service writer had a personal issue and had to leave. They had to "order parts or something. No one called, no one know the status. Since there was additional warranty work that was needed, I attempted to try to get those repairs done at the same time. No luck. Finally, they found the car. When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find it for a half hour or so. When it was brought to me, the interior was extremely hot and the vehicle clearly had not been washed. Subsequently, needed to make another appointment to get the aforementioned warranty work done. What a waste of time. Second, the tire pressure light went on. For those of you that don't know, if air is added to the tire(s) and the light remains on, only Lexis has the equipment to turn it off. I was told be the lady service writer that I needed 3 new sensor because obviously the NTW dealer had put them on incorrectly because there were multiple bad sensors. So, I asked for something in writing to take to NTW. I got a "could of", might of" "possibly" type statement that no one would proceed on. I took the car to Clear Choice Lexus a certified service provider. As it turns out, only one sensor was bad and they replaced it for substantially less than Westside's quote. Had to call a service manager but finally got them to repay me the out of pocket costs I really don't need this waste of my time and effort just to get a dealer to do quality work and not try to stiff me in the process. More
My salesman, Jeff Margiolis, has been really great to work with. He is friendly and follows up when he says he will. Immediate response by Josh Guerra to my phone calls and follow ups were handy- in other words- I did not have to do all of the work as Josh kept me informed about the service. Great experience. Routine maintenance. Loaner car was clean and in great condition. Jack met me to exchange the cars and did a great job taking care of my car. I like it when the staff only does what is asked from customer. They don't try to get you to buy something that is not needed.
